Summary of Your Personality: The word complex would without a doubt describe this teen's personality. Those that do not know him too well would think that perhaps he had a bi-polar personality disorder, even though he does not. One minute he can be the happy-go-lucky guy that everyone knows, laughing and having a good time as always, and then the next second he could be stark raving mad and ready to rip the source of his anger's head off. Usually this only happens if he's insulted or one of his family members or close friends are insulted, but it's been known to happen in other instances as well. He can't seem to control that and it irks him quite a bit. To have such a temper is like signing your own death wish in the real world and he knows this quite well.
Other than that portion of his personality, Julian is quite a trouble-maker. At least he was when he was a child. Now he mostly allows those urges to pass him, unless they won't cause anyone harm and they are at the appropriate time. No, he's not exactly someone who enjoys playing pranks all the time, but most certainly does he appreciate a good one every now and then. Usually they're nothing more than a timely joke or pulling someone's chair out from under them as they go to sit down. He doesn't enjoy embarrassing people, though, so when he goes to do these things it's always when it's just him and the other person. He knows how it feels to be embarrassed and humiliated and he wouldn't wish that on anyone else. Not even if he thought the person deserved it.
Underneath all that, Julian is a very kind individual. At least to those he cares about; such as his sister and his parents. They mean a lot to him, his parents more than he's willing to admit. That doesn't mean that he's technically mean towards others. When it comes to people he doesn't know he's more or less wary until he really gets to know them. If said person gets close enough to him to be his friend though then they have a friend for life. Julian's very loyal to those whom he trusts and cares for, but be careful not to break that trust because this young teen hardly gives second chances. The same goes for the game of love. If your fortunate enough to catch his eye and end up being his lover, then you have someone who will shower you with affection and reassurances of his devotion, but should you violate his trust in you, then he will pull away without a second thought.
The one thing that got him into this asylum though was for the fact he believe himself to be a vampire. Usually one would only wave this off as a childish attitude, but Julian's attitude goes so much deeper than that. He refuses to eat "human" food, to the point his family had to start force-feeding him, which wouldn't be hard with his size being as he is if he didn't have such sharp teeth and bites whoever dares get near his mouth. This is the reason he's so skinny and pale because he doesn't eat. No, he doesn't necessarily drink the blood of people either though. He usually just settles for starving himself, which is a major problem and has landed him in hospitals before. Though, be careful not to get injured or cut around him to the point blood comes out because he will not hesitate to lap it up despite any protests. Blood holds a strange fascination for him.
Oh and due to the fact he believes himself to be a vampire, he refuses to come out of his room during the day, but wanders the streets at night, which worried his parents and his twin sister immensely. Not that the light actually hurts him because he's not really a vampire, but should you try to get him out into any sort of lighting besides a lamp or indoors light, then he will struggle and fight for all he's worth, which is a force to be reckoned with if he bites you becasue once that happens he doesn't let up, even if he starts to taste blood. In all actuality you'd have a tougher time prying him off of you if he does bite to the point of tasting blood.
Now that this teen is in the asylum though, he's very drawn into hismelf and doesn't believe he deserves any friends. He thinks his parents ditched him because he was weird and refuses to speak with them both over the phone and when they come for visits. It's sad to see him act as such because one look at him and you can see he at least used to be a happy person, even if he's not now. Julian is convinced he did something wrong and beats hismelf over this as well. He thinks he failed his parents as a son and his twin sister as a twin brother. It causes him to get rather emotional at times, usually random times due to his other disorder, but still it's heart-wrenching to see such a teen in such a state, especially when he gives off such an air of self-assurance usually.
Asylum Information
Patient Number: 86861
Occupation: Patient
Admitted By: Parents
Mental Disorder(s): Bi-Polar Disorder and he believes he's a vampire.
Position: -
History: Well, there's not really much to Julian's past other than the fact he was born alongside his twin sister to two normal parents. Over the course of the time he grew up he seemed like a normal child. He played with other kids, watched cartoons, harrassed his sister, and things of the like. His personality did have a few odd quirks though that his parents waved off as the ways of a child though, even when he was young. This child did not enjoy being touched or handled at all by his parents or even by his sister. By other kids he didn't mind exchanging a hug or two, or maybe even a chaste kiss, but he never wanted affection from his family. It was an odd change from his twin who craved attention.
They shrugged it off, however, and just thought of it as the fact he wasn't an affectionate child when it came to the family. It turned out to be a bit deeper than that though. All through his life ever since he'd first known what a vampire was he believed himself to be one and was afraid of turning his family into ones as well. Hs family figured this out when he was ten years of age and his sister had scraped her knee quite badly on the concrete of their driveway. They had rushed out to help her, only to find Julian lapping up the blood that was running down her leg. They looked horrified when he turned to look at them, the blood glistening on his lips while his tongue lapped at them to get it off.
At first they had done nothing, but they then began thinking there really was something wrong with their son. He was continuously showing signs of having a mental disorder. He began refusing to come outside during the day, which was a problem when it came to going to school. And soon he stopped eating any food they gave him and he lost a lot of weight and his skin began turning pale. They worried for his well-being and took him to a psychiatrist. The guy really didn't know much of what to do with him other than put him in an institution, which is what his parents eventually did. They regret putting him in there since they know Julian does indeed love them despite his attitude, but they really didn't know what else to do.

As Kami continued to struggle with keeping the bookshelf righted, he began thinking that perhaps Jules wasn’t going to get him down. Not that that actually came as much surprise since the taller teen had put him up there in the first place, but still he had guessed there was at least a small chance he would have went back on his decision. How very small indeed. He thought to himself as his hands clutched the edges of the shelf. It was definitely not something used to holding the weight of a human, even one as small as Kami. It’s going to fall if I don’t get off of it soon. He realized a moment behind those thoughts before his gaze traveled back to the cause of his plight, only to see him holding his chin in a studious manner as he looked at both the bookshelf and Kami himself. This slightly unnerved Kami because just what was it that Jules was planning to do? Surely, he wasn’t going to try and make things worse.
That thought was countered a moment later as he felt the vibrations of something hitting the bookshelf and he only had a moment of time to see the cause for it: Jules’s boot. Kami’s eyes glared even more so at Jules, but the look quickly changed to that of worry as the shelf lurched back and forth, him moving his body opposite to it trying to get it back steady. It was a fruitless effort of course. The bookshelf was going to fall whether he liked it or not. Oh, shit. That was the thought that traveled through his brain as the shelf finally gave way and fell. He scrambled for some form of holdings, but the only thing he could grasp was unsteady and thus he wasn’t quite able to catch himself or get his legs under him before crashing to the floor with the shelf. Luckily he managed to get out of the way of the heavy object, so it didn’t fall a top him and crush him as it would have.
His hands went out to catch his weight so he didn’t fall flat on his face when he hit the ground, but as one of his hands connected with the hard floor a split second before the other and therefore took the most weight. Pain shot up that particular hand as well as the wrist and arm connected to it. He groaned in pain at it and just laid there on the floor for a bit, only dimly hearing the librarian. After a few moments though, despite the pain, he was reminded of the cause of what happened and pulled himself to his feet, turning his still angered gaze on Jules even as he clutched to the injured wrist with the opposite hand. “I said get me down not knock me down!” He hissed angrily, gripping his hand tightly in an effort to subside the pain. Just as he was about to start telling the other off though, he felt a hand come down to his wrist and he shot his gaze in the direction it came from. It was the librarian and as such he jerked his hand from her grasp and glared. “Don’t touch it.” He growled and at such the librarian backed up a bit, realizing his want for space.
Kami still held onto the injured limb as he turned back to Jules. There were so many spiteful things he wanted to say, but none came to his tongue. Instead he just settled for looking at him for a moment before looking around at the people who had gathered in their curiosity as to the situation. He felt heat flood to his cheeks in embarrassment at how pathetic he probably looked and since he hadn’t heard Jules’s description of what had happened, he didn’t know to correct it, thus making him look stupid to most onlookers. Some, at seeing he was generally alright, laughed and rightfully so. Kami knew he would laugh as well if he had happened upon something like this. This didn’t stop his bubbling anger and embarrassment though and soon he found himself picking up the book he’d been trying to get, with his uninjured hand, and throwing it forcefully at Jules, hoping to connect with some part of his body, before he began walking off, unmindful of the librarian following and trying to assist him.
His wrist and hand both throbbed insistently with pain and he had to grit his teeth against it. Some portions of his torso hurt as well, but they felt nothing like the pain coming from his injured limb. At worst, the small pains in his sides would become bruises, but his wrist ran the likelihood of being broken or at least sprained. Thinking about this, he went and seated himself at one of the tables nearby, resting his hands in his lap and putting his head on the table, shutting his eyes so he wouldn’t have to see if people were still watching him or if Jules decided to get him back for chucking the book at him. Not that he really cared about the latter at the moment. After all, what should he care how Jules felt after a book had been thrown at him? Hell, he’d just been toppled over with a bookshelf due to him. Dammit, I’m never asking anyone for help again. He cursed to himself in his mind, among other, more colorful, phrases aimed at both his pain and at the cause of it.
