Blood smeared along the walls; distant screams of horror. Nurses and doctors scramble to help the mental insane and clean up their mess. Seems like a nice place doesn't it?

Set off in the cornfields of the state Illinois, the Moonstruck Institution was constructed more than 200 years prior to the current day. However, it was not always a institution for the insane. It first started out as a stopping station for the military. The military would rest here until they were well again, and were on their way to a knew town. As time went on, a town grew near the military stop, and it was becoming barren. That was until someone bought the place out. By this time, the outpost was starting to decay, and the new owner decided that this place would be dedicated to become a mental institution. Why? Because his granddaughter was diagnosed with a mental disorder known as manic depression.

The building was replaced with a newer one and grew over the years. When the old grandfather died, his family kept to his wishes and provided more additions onto the institution. Already 150 years had passed, and now the asylum was going into full swing and it was flourishing quite nicely. Soon after it was being a steady amount of patients, there was an overflow of them. It was then decided to be renovated and have additions added onto the existing building. After that renovation, the institution has been trying at the top of the technological advancements, and more patients are coming in everyday. Some stay ffor what seems like forever, and others stay only for months.
